My clients are based primarily in North Dallas. However! Due to the wonders of technology, I am able to support anyone remotely via screen sharing or email. Remote Support Unlimited remote support (screen sharing, email), regardless of your location. Many problems can be fixed this way, and it saves you an expensive on-site visit. If we haven’t scheduled a remote session in advance, there may be times when I’m with another client or otherwise unavailable. Calling or emailing ahead is recommended. Remote support can be a monthly subscription, or purchased per incident.

On-Site Support Those in North Dallas can purchase hourly on-site support, including 5 or 10 hour blocks (at a reduced rate). This time may be used however you like.. in a single afternoon, across 3 months, etc. Unused time will not expire. A block may be a better value if you need training, or if you’d like me out once a week to help keep your business on track. This is a non-recurring charge. If you prefer a subscription, please let me know. |

Database/web development is also available. I am a veteran FileMaker Pro developer and have considerable experience with HTML/CSS, PHP and content management systems such as Wordpress. Smaller tasks will be billed hourly, projects requiring significant development may be billed based on the project’s value.
